DESCRIPTION

This is a fantastic replica of the UMP.45 brought to us by double eagle, this is 1:1 scale and features
the same external features as the real weapon does. The real UMP.45 is a tactical blowback operated
closed-bolt sub machine gun, the development of the UMP.45 was undertaken with the aim to make a
cheaper, lighter alternate to the MP5 range of weapons - Both are still being produced today.

The UMP features four picatinny rails, three of which are located on the forward handguard, with the
remaining one being situated on the top of the weapon - this allows for very quick and easy customisation
of the weapon allowing the user to adapt it for any situation that it needs be used in. Double Eagle have
really stepped up their game with this replica, complete with a full metal gearbox and upgraded hop
up unit this makes for a fantastic match-grade weapon. The real UMP has its fire rate limited to only 600 RPM,
so this airsoft replica actually shoots very similar to the real weapon!  

The general build quality of this rifle is fantastic, the body is solid with no wobble, and the folding stock will
secure into place with a very audible "click" - the weapon's upper and lower receiver are pinned together with no
gaps or misalignments that are sometimes present in M4 style weapons. The battery is housed in the rear of the
weapon and the battery case is accessed when the stock has been folded - this is a nice touch and allows the weapon
to be made in exact 1:1 scale, rather than having to enlarge the front to fit a battery there.

This weapon is ideal for use in CQB environments due to its overall small profile and folding stock, however it also works
well within field situations when used as a medium range scout weapon - this will easily perform to the same ranges as
an ordinary M4 or G36C would making it a great choice for someone looking for a weapon that is a little unique, but
that still gives the customisability of an M4 due to the rail space, and that can still shoot just as far!
