INTRODUCTION WEAPON - IDEAL FOR NEW PLAYERS (NOT SKIRMISHABLE)


DESCRIPTION: 

The DE-307 is based off the KAC PDW, the PDW is a new experimental personal defence weapon
produced by KAC making use of a 6mm round that was optimised for use in short barrelled weapons.
The entire concept of the PDW is to be a lightweight weapon that bridges the gap between pistols,
SMG's and rifles. The PDW is able to hit targets at ranges of up to 250~300m.
The lower receiver of the PDW is very similar to that of an M16, meaning that the general feel and
location of the controls are very familiar to anyone who has used the AR/M4 platform. The upper
receiver of the PDW is a completely new design allowing for the removal of the buffer tube found
in most M4/AR models. this allows for a folding stock making the weapon incredibly compact.

The airsoft version of this weapon comes with a large upper RIS section, with a smaller side/bottom
RIS section located at the front of the weapon. While this version is not exactly to scale with the
real PDW it is certainly realistic enough to give an insight into how the PDW feels - many AEG versions
of the PDW exist and even more parts exist to convert M4's into weapons reminiscent of the PDW.  
As such, this weapon makes a great introduction to the PDW line for a player who is either too young
or too inexperienced to skirmish themselves. This is designed to be a back garden "plinker" and not to
be a full skirmish grade weapon - as such, it is not built as securely as any of the AEG's you may find
listed as "Skirmish Ready", however with proper care and precautions this can last a very long time.

The plastic used on this weapon is secure enough to withstand the stress of regular garden use, and
will be fine to use to shoot cans or targets with no issues - however please remember that this IS a
beginner weapon so care needs to be taken.
